Healthy News (Physically & Mentally)


With all of the expense and hype of quick-fix health solutions and fast foods, don’t forget the time-tested Basics of Good Health:

1. Balanced meals with whole grains, fresh fruits, fresh Veggies, fish, milk products, etc.
2. Less refined or processed foods like white sugar, white flour, frozen TV dinners, donuts, sweets.
3. Daily Exercise (Walking, sports, hiking, gym).
4. Increased Fluids, especially water (8-10+ cups/day).
5. Lower your stress level, and get regular exams.
